This Week in the Philippine Blogosphere, #2

leave a response

The Philippine Blogosphere is positively buzzing about the COMELEC posting a list of registered Filipino voters available online:

  1. COMELEC Posts Voter Info Online, Invades Privacy
  2. A Privacy Nightmare
  3. Privacy in the Philippines
  4. Make The Rain Of Stupid Stop
  5. COMELEC and the right to privacy
  6. List of Registered Philippine Voters
  7. COMELEC Puts List of Voters Online
  8. Your Privacy May Have Just Been Violated
  9. Thank God I’m Not A Registered Voter
  10. Are you a registered NCR voter? Your name & address have been online
  11. The road to hell is paved with good intentions
  12. COMELEC Privacy Blunder
  13. Will Comelec publish voter information?

Thanks to Elber for some of the links. The issue seems to be resolved, with the COMELEC taking the list down.

I believe you got the link to #1 incorrect. The title “COMELEC Posts Voter Info Online, Invades Privacy” is the title of my post, not Jozzua’s.

Fixed. Sorry about that. :)
