Yes, distinctively Filipino content plays a big part of our identity. But what makes the BBN truly Filipino is the our outlook. Even if our bloggers are writing about what the blogosphere’s covering, they bring their unique perspectives to the table. Who else saw that The Pursuit of Happyness was linked to the death of Captain America? Or that payment gateways are the future for online gaming companies? Not to mention we have two bloggers writing about their experiences in the call center industry, shedding light on a hardly-known (and thus maligned) job.

These insights are shaped by our unique culture. It’s something that bridges the gap between the Western influences of our past, and our Eastern geography. Which is why we’ll always see things in a different way. Even when we feature what other people have talked about.
